True Fitness Boot Camp's owner and instructor, Matthew McMillan, develops high-intensity boot-camp workouts designed to efficiently slim down bodies. A Dragon Door–certified hard-style kettlebell instructor, Matthew designs a wide variety of mixed circuits using equipement like: TRX suspension systems, battling ropes, plyo stack boxes, wooden boxes, medicine balls, power wheels, gliders, agility ladders, bands & stability balls...... body weight circuits with no equipment... and kettle bell lifting days, keeping workouts fresh & unpredictable from week to week
